作者簡介

章永樂，浙江樂清人，北京大學法學院長聘副教授。北京大學法學院、區域與國別研究院、中央民族大學中華民族共同體學院博士生導師。北京大學法學學士（2002），美國加利福尼亞大學洛杉磯分校政治學博士（2008）。長期從事問題導向的法學、政治學、歷史學與區域國別學跨學科研究，思考全球秩序變遷之下中國道路的開拓與探索，尤其關注國家建構與憲制變遷、帝國與國際法、政黨與代表制、政治倫理與法律倫理等議題。著有《舊邦新造：1911—1917》《萬國競爭：康有為與維也納體系的衰變》《此疆爾界：「門羅主義」與近代空間政治》《西途東歸：朝向中國道路的思想突圍》《鑄典宣化：「文明等級論」之下的「舊邦新造」》《巨靈擘地：「門羅主義」與區域國別研究的知識生產》，Shifting Boundaries : A Global History of the Monroe Doctrine等，在中外學術刊物上發表論文百餘篇。
