1948年，一場隱蔽戰爭在香港拉開大幕。9月12日，沈鈞儒、譚平山、章伯鈞、蔡廷鍇等一行6人秘密登上 「波爾塔瓦」號蘇聯貨船，經台灣海峽北上解放區，拉開了民主人士北上的序幕。到1949年9月，共有20多批、350多位民主人士以及各界人士共計1000餘人，避開港英和國民黨特務的監視、跟蹤，北上共商建立新中國的大計……




作者簡介


李紅梅，畢業於北京大學馬克思主義學院，獲法學碩士學位；先後在全國政協辦公廳秘書局、聯絡局、中國政協雜志社、人民政協報社、專委三局、中國政協文史館工作，曾任中國政協雜志社社長、人民政協報社社長；合著《人民政協誕生實錄》，發表二十多篇黨史、政協理論研究文章。


劉仰東，畢業於中國人民大學歷史系、清史研究所，獲歷史學博士學位。長期從事政協文史資料編研工作，現為中國政協文史館研究員。發表過多部歷史研究專著和多篇歷史研究文章，合著《人民政協誕生實錄》。
