周松芳  著
文學博士、文史學者、專欄作家。出版學術專著《大儒與半仙：劉伯溫新傳》《自負一代文宗：劉基研究》和《湯顯祖的嶺南行：及其如何影響了〈牡丹亭〉》(其中《嶺南才子柳夢梅》獲第三十一屆田漢戲劇獎二等獎)。在《南方都市報》等多家知名報刊開設飲食、服飾、風月等方面的歷史文化專欄，出版專著《川菜東征記》《民國衣裳：舊制度與新時尚》《飲食西遊記：晚清民國海外中餐館的歷史與文化》《民國味道：嶺南飲食的黃金時代》《廣東食語》等十餘種。
