作者簡介

大菜，本名何易，畢業於清華大學美術學院。熱愛烹飪，2006年開始在新浪開設美食blog，以優美的文字和精美的圖片吸引大量粉絲，並與多個品牌建立合作關係。2014年開始從事自由藝術創作，作品以水墨和新媒體創作為主，曾舉辦個人畫展，也曾參與多個藝術展覽。著有《饕餮的美味之旅》《大菜的美食物語》《大菜香辣煮藝》《最上癮的絕味川菜》等多種美食圖書。
