內容簡介

作者簡介

蘇晶，醫學博士，北京中醫藥大學教授，博士研究生導師。現在香港大學中醫藥學院從事中醫經典教學和臨床工作。從事中醫經典的教學工作二十餘年，任中國睡眠研究會會員、中國中西醫結合會時間醫學專業委員會委員、香港明報【人生再出發】專欄特邀撰稿人。出版學術專著十餘部，發表學術論文30餘篇。
