盧國沾活躍於上世紀七八十年代，詞作多達三千首。他曾為「無綫」、「佳視」和「麗的」填寫大量劇集主題曲，並為多齣電影的主題曲填詞，作品膾炙人口。盧氏詞作風格多樣，武俠、家國、哲理題材均擅；文學造詣深厚，有「詞壇聖手」之譽。

本書分為八章，以盧國沾的人生經歷與盧詞誕生前的歷史背景為引子，詳述盧氏的創作歷程、填詞理論及所用技法，並創新地以《人間詞話》與盧詞的「賦情」筆法對照；書中列舉大量詞作，輔以詳盡點評，並引錄文化人及詞人的相關評論以供參照，全面而有系統地分析盧國沾作品的內容、特色及成就，肯定他對流行歌詞與香港樂壇的重大貢獻。


作者介紹


黃志華，資深中文歌曲評論人，多年來致力研究香港早期粵語歌調的文化和歷史，以及梳理有關粵語流行歌曲創作的理論。已出版的著作達十五本，其中四本屬合著。近年出版的有《呂文成與粵曲、粵語流行曲》（二○一二年）、《原創先鋒——粵曲人的流行曲調創作》（二○一四年）、《盧國沾詞評選》（二○一五年）、《香港詞人系列——盧國沾》（二○一六年）及《實用小曲作法》（二○一七年）等。
