作者簡介


何鍾泰博士，銀紫荊星章，太平紳士、工程師，香港大學工程學士、英國曼徹斯特大學研究院文憑、英國倫敦城市大學工程博士，獲香港城市大學頒授榮譽工商管理學博士學位及英國曼徹斯特大學頒授榮譽法律學博士學位。曾任港區人大代表（第十及第十一屆）、立法會議員、香港工程師學會會長、交通諮詢委員會及工業技術發展局之香港科學技術委員會主席，以及香港城市大學校董會主席等，現為大舜基金主席及工程界社促會會長。何博士在香港及英國累積超過半世紀大型基建項目及環保工程之廣泛經驗。
