內容簡介

中央管治權與特區高度自治權的關係，不僅是一個理論問題，也是香港社會進步與發展面臨的一個現實問題。如何正確處理二者的關係，是一個關係中央對香港行使主權，保證特區高度自治權，實現香港良好管治的重要問題。本書針對中央管治權與特區高度自治權的關係，將二者作為一個系統、完整的體系加以研究。從歷史的角度出發，在澄清主權和治權、中央管治權與特區高度自治權概念的基礎上，選取香港法院處理的具體案例進行分析，從而明確中央管治權與特區高度自治權的權力界限。


作者簡介

深圳大學法學院教授。1969年畢業於北京大學法律系法律專業。中國國際私法學會副會長、廣東省政協委員、深圳市人大常委會委員、廣東省優秀中青年專家，國家教育部法學學科教學指導委員會委員。曾任上海社會科學院國際法研究所所長、研究員，上海市人大代表，上海海峽兩岸文化交流處協會理事。日本立命館大學國際地域研究所亞太法律委員會委員。先後在《中國社會科學》、《法學研究》、《中國法學》等刊物發表專論數十篇，出版著作多本。
