本書共分七章，前六章從經濟學的角度分析政府制定與數字經濟領域相關的「十四五」規劃內容的理論依據和現實考慮，在對當前數字經濟發展形式進行研判的基礎上，挖掘未來發展面臨的機遇和挑戰，並給出相應的政策建議，在第七章對全書進行總結。本書亦可作為對「十四五」規劃《綱要》中數字經濟部分的解讀。




作者簡介


李三希，1982年生，中國人民大學教授，傑出學者青年學者，青年長江學者，國家自科優青項目獲得者，SSCI期刊Journal of Economics編委。研究領域為信息經濟學和産業組織理論，發表論文三十餘篇。2016年獲環球時報「希望英才獎」，2017年獲中國信息經濟學會「烏家培」獎，2019年獲「張培剛發展經濟學青年學者獎」。論文曾獲2018中國信息經濟理論貢獻獎，2018中國信息經濟青年創新獎，2018年中國信息經濟學術年會優秀論文獎和2018年中國産業經濟學術年會優秀論文一等獎。
